I decided to go look and browse dA recently and i chose the 3 dimensional art category.
little did i know that it would be saturated with screenshots of IMVU and generic 3d models of women that have been modified without any thought of proper proportion or taste.
It was god awful to see them, at least in such large amounts. i kept clicking next page and found the same thing over and over. I even went and clicked the popular tab to maybe find some really good cg art, something actually worth commenting on. but alas it was to no avail.
I like to work on 3d models and such and when i see something like a women with gigantic boobs with poor rendering...it just doesn't sit well with me.

I mean most of the time all it takes is to download or buy the 3d model off of some website and bring it into Poser and blow up the boobs. even the clothes were probably downloaded. basically it takes no skill and is just as lame as tracing other people's artwork and calling it your own...now copying is a different mater it requires some level of skill but directly tracing it is kiddy level stuff.

but hey i guess if the mass of dA likes this stuff it ain't going away anytime soon.
and if you don't like what i'm saying then don't keep on reading and just go back to what you were doing.
go back and whore yourself on mypsace and 4chan...well okay myspace is okay and i kinda like 4chan...
man i havn't really been on myspace for a while... last i checked i had like 2 friends on there. i dunno i don't really find a use for mysapce. i mean i have a phone...which can also text if i want to.
